OK; most of us on here hate Sisu with a passion and would not want them to get ownership of any part of the Ricoh but at the end of the day this is our football club and we must do all that we can to ensure its continuation. So, with this in mind how about a Freeholders lease (yes, I'm a Solicitor and even I don't know how this can be done) for say 3 years during which time they would have to pay a rent but would receive 100% of the income from the stadium. In that way we would at least find out for sure whether they really do have the interests of CCFC at heart.

Instead of the 50 years lease why was there not a lease to buy deal?
Thinking outside the box can bring about plenty of differeing alternates but what is in place now needs to be dealt with first and anything which ties a current owner of CCFC (SISU) up for many a decade would not be a good idea. They could have sway on so much of the future.
The only thing SISU deserve is a better deal now under the present structure so they can at least progress and get from under the deal eventually so a future owner can then deal with the council/acl about buying the interest in the stadium for a good price and then we see the council and acl and higgs getting from under this ludicrous situation. Sooner or later we will get a sugar daddy or lots of premier league money to do that. At the moment that's a long way off.
