i never said there was trolling here, i just told you what it can be classed as, it is more than cyber bullying

if i went on a leicester forum and poked fun at them being relegated to league 1 that would be trolling

if i logged on as aleicester fan and made silly comments like "our stadium sucks, our badge is disgusting, why cant we be as good as cov etc" that would be trolling

you are the one who needs to look it up.

Yep - you're right, those comments WOULD be trolling. Notice how different they are to the original thread here though? Let's get behind city etc.? That's called an 'OPINION'.

Followed your advice though and looked it up:

2 informal submit a deliberately inflammatory posting publically online, with the aim of inciting an angry response

Again, I think this is a perfectly rational thread - if anyone's angered by it, I'd suggest you're perhaps a little single minded and sensitive, and can't accept opinions of others.

Now stop 'trolling' me by expressing your opinion, because it's different to mine so I'm going to go and cry about it.

Not that I give a shit.. But I think you will find the Title of this thread by 'Sixfieldsfan' doesn't say anything about 'getting behind City' .. It is about 'getting behind Sisu' and probably aimed at trolling...

Oh for a mobile like button.

Also trolling isn't calling people nasty names, that's what happens when you let the mainstream media report on the Internet.

Trolling is posting with the intention of derailing the conversation or winding others up, usually with a view you don't hold or a more extreme version of your view intended purely to get people upset.

That's what it was on BBS, compuserve and AOL in the 90s and that's what it is now. Damn kids, get off my lawn. /rant

I think you'll find everyone want CCFC moving forward financially.

But do you really belive giving/selling the Ricoh to SISU is going to achive that?

SISU want it not to fund the football club but to get make money for themselves/shareholders.

CCFC is just a means to an end.

For many it's not CCFC 'making money' it's Sisu.. And Sisu are looking for lots of easy money from getting the Ricoh really cheap from the Coventry taxpayer, after a an aggressive and unethical campaign. And they have also made it clear this money will represent 'return for their investors' I.e. It won't go in the team...
Sisu have dug themselves this hole, virtually no one trusts them.

It's fun this, I might give up all this reasoned argument malarky and just post FACT at the end of all my posts.

I'm sure you'd hold the exact same view if it was Hoffman or Haskell wanting the stadium on the cheap.

That's all true GPE but the long term effect on CCFC will in all probability be even worse than you describe if SISU remortgage the Ricoh up to the hilt and saddle CCFC with massive debts for years to come.

And I for one believe that's exactly what they intend to do. A final two fingers to CCC and the fans.

Yes they could end up renting the ground to CCFC

I've heard a disturbing rumor that they are proposing to charge the club ten times the average rental - some £1.3 million a year.

Anyone who would do that is filthy, greedy, disgusting scum -- don't you agree?

We support our team in good times and bad, your letting the lads down, yes you are entitled not to turn up but you really must support the team, if not the club and its owners. If you have gone to away games this season you must have noticed how bloody good these are, they are young lions with big hearts - they do not give up!!

You'll have to give up eventually as they will eventually fold with even more debt and no way of financing it.

Yes i support them at the real away games and yes sixfields is a little ground(it will not hold all the supporters) the amenities are rubbish(compared to the RICOH) it is a really relaxed atmostphere (there is no atmostphere) I support the team in BAD TIMES and yes i am entitled not to turn up at sixfields but must realy support my team at milton keynes, i will not support SISU at sixfields I have not missed out on the team and the lads know we are still there at away games but i have missed out on home games at the ricoh. Yes you can say i never gave up supporting my team by going to milton keynes.

So what? What does that do with the football club. If your only interest is the football club you want ownership of ACL and the ground to be 100% with the football club - the club is your only interest -- right?

No idea where your getting some of your information from but most who go to Sixfields would agree its a small tatty little ground with poor food and rubbish atmosphere, unsafe and cold feeling. These are not my comments but by some who go regular.
