lets support them - they have done a great job this year, yes i accept that Steven Pressly and his team have worked wonders, and too the team most of all - but the fact is it is working! lets get behind them.

Its time a few more fans who are either way on this situation came to the sixfields ground, its a neat and tidy little place, the amenities are sound, the food is upto a good standard and it is a really relaxed atmosphere. We support our team in good times and bad, your letting the lads down, yes you are entitled not to turn up but you really must support the team, if not the club and its owners. If you have gone to away games this season you must have noticed how bloody good these are, they are young lions with big hearts - they do not give up!!

your missing out on the team and these young lads are missing out on you. put your differences to one side, all families have a fall out dont they! the trick is to support the team ! thick and thin, where ever - when ever. Only then can you say say I never gave up supporting my team

More trolling that brings this forum down.

*yawn*

Also it's quite obvious that this is an alias of someone else who adds PUSB to the end of his posts. Expect him to come in and agree with the OP very soon....

I have met and spoken to Steve Waggott a few times, I genuinely think he is a sound guy, feel sorry for him being put in the same category as Tim Fisher..

It actually made me laugh when Les Reid said that this was a pro ACL forum.

It is only trolling if it is different to yours as I don't remember many having a go at the threads urging people not to go to games etc?

I will keep an eye on the poster because he hasn't actually done anything wrong, I didn't lock or ban anybody for posting anti SISU stuff or posts urging people not to go to games or stand on the hill so why should I lock or do anything about ones that are saying the opposite?

What am I honestly meant to do? If I start deleting these threads because people don't agree then should I delete all posts urging people to go on the hill etc etc?

I can't really win can I?

It's obviously an Anti-SISU troll doing a good job as an agent provocateur to make anybody( if there is anybody?) who takes the SISU side look bad by being an obnoxious twat.

A bit like the job that Valiant does for SISU by posing as an anti-SISU obnoxious twat.

Double bluffs everywhere.

It's time for Coventrians to stand by the city and stand up to Sisu bullies.
NOPM is working and the Sisu pips are squeaking.

I'm only playing Nick. He's more of an annoyance than offensive. I just though you being a Sisu fan was a running joke

Erm...guys...do you actually know what trolling is? It's cyber-bullying under an alias with thoughtless and hurtful comments for the sake of getting a kick - where's the troll on this thread that keeps getting mentioned?

Actually agree with some of the sentiments in the original post - not all, but refreshing to hear someone who can string a sentence together without slagging off the fans & club I support.

With his penchant for long running dramas that have a disappointing ending though he'd probably fit right in.

Trolling and cyberbullying aren't the same thing, they can just overlap. A troll will generally try to rope in as many people as possible rather than a particular target.

There are a lot of pro-ACL posters on here; some of them are more concerned about the viability of ACL as a business, and actually want the club to be paying them £1.2M rent a year. You'd be hard pushed to find fans of other clubs saying the same. It still makes me chuckle that some of the biggest pro-ACL/anti-sisu/ccfc posters were once SISU's biggest fans...those who dared to question them were shouted down and called Villa/Leicester fans. Funnily enough, most of the also though Andy Thorn was a genius.

No. That makes it too subjective to whichever matter is in hand. People can't therefor be allowed to have their own opinions as if they oppose yours, they are accused of being a troll.

If you're too sensitive, everyone is a troll, because we're all different, so somewhere along the way you will disagree with someone. I don't see anything inflammatory here. No trolling, just people with an urban dictionary they haven't read properly.

i never said there was trolling here, i just told you what it can be classed as, it is more than cyber bullying

if i went on a leicester forum and poked fun at them being relegated to league 1 that would be trolling

if i logged on as aleicester fan and made silly comments like "our stadium sucks, our badge is disgusting, why cant we be as good as cov etc" that would be trolling

you are the one who needs to look it up.

I think you are confusing being pro -ACL with natural justice. As much as I want Cov to own its own stadium or pay as little rent as possible I recognise that we had a ground built for us, we sold off our rights to income streams to a charity and that we have no divine right to get this back below commercial rates. Bullying tactics may work in their normal operations but we are dealing with politicians/ council they won't nor can't be seen to be bullied into a position.

Nice try but i think you know my feelings towards sisu.

I stick to my beliefs unlike some who deflect to the other side.

The majority of fans of other clubs would want what is best for the club before anything else. I am certain that if Hoffman/Haskell etc had taken over and taken the same position that SISU have, they would have the backing of those who criticise SISU.
