You know how you can get those car buddies in America (basically a non sexual blow up doll) they put them in the passenger seat in certain cities so you can use the lanes designated for cars that have more than one passengers in and get around quicker. Perhaps sisu could issue them on the way into sixfields to fill the place out a bit.
