Generally the young ones aren’t the dominant type we’re after and the older ones are difficult to get if their club is trying to get rid of them in January.
This is the second time I've seen Mowbray mention this as a problem because of the fact that a player can't play for more than 2 clubs a season per Fifa rules, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought in England there were loopholes around this and loans don't usually apply to the quota.
