Conway didn't want it at all after this did he. Set the tone brilliantly

I'd love to know that Thomas was saying to him. It looked like the kick off in a rugby match

I don't get the new kick off technique that everybody does.

Pass back to keeper, block their striker, keeper kicks it out of play.

Anything that means their striker gets smashed though!!

Itw what PSG have been doing for a couple of seasons. Give a defensive throw deep in their half, and then with high intensity press win the ball back high in their half and get possession in a better position on the pitch.

Albeit PSG don't bother with going to the keeper they just hoof it straight out.

Prefer the ‘up and under’ tactic I’ve seen at some kick offs recently.

Yeah we've had to start doing it with my U15s, we like playing passing football but conceded twice within 10-15 seconds of our own kick off by playing backwards and just kept putting ourselves under pressure in our own half from our own kick off. So now we go long and play from there.

I would like to see us set everybody up on the right and then leave wright or EMC on the left and pass it there with them going on one against that defender.

Conway is a pussy though shame it wasn’t Hackney

I've seen people call it a foul but Conway ran straight at Latibeaudiere so not sure what else was meant to happen. Nice to see Conway hit a target for once.

Get Samantha Womack to distract the opposition by showering in front of them?

Kitcing would have tripped him up, squared up to him and then called the ref a wanker to put himself on a booking 2 seconds in.
