It seems as though we were impressing or trying to, somebody, and now that wells dry.
Look what you could have had. To now switched off performance, but I did think we had something today for the first time in, well since the last cup performance !

Watching the players find it funny to laugh with the opposition after that.

Got to admit , I am 90% sure I will not be renewing my season ticket . And if I want to go I’m sure I won’t have a problem getting a ticket . What the fuck has happened in the last 8 months ? We was one of the favourites to go up now tinkering with L1 . This 5 year premier package looks like a money spinner for DK . No free season ticket coming soon.
we have gone from being the most entertaining team in the league to a guaranteed 2 goal sump hole every game ( as good as ) . FL must be thinking WTF have I signed upto! DK needs to turn this around very quickly or the fans will not turn up , the momentum has truly gone.

If FL is thinking "WTF have I signed up to?" then his due diligence was criminally negligent and he shouldn't be anywhere near a position of responsibility.

I just don’t see how someone who routinely moans that football is too expensive/too cold/too windy/too boring (delete as appropriate) is now insisting on a never-say-die attitude from the players with a straight face.

And one they are handsomely paid to do.

Yeah I feel exactly the same, so disconnected with the group of players and the club currently.

Problem is I don’t know if it’s just that or football in general now. I have other hobbies I really enjoy that I’ve put to the wayside with the last 30+ years supporting the club and really think this year will be the last for me getting a season ticket.

I think it’s just the feeling of nothing that makes me feel like that, like I don’t care massively for any result of ours win, lose or draw.

Hope the feeling comes back with some time away from it next year, distance makes the heart grow fonder as they say!

Starting to generally dislike football as a whole, recent long trips to Cardiff and Portsmouth does test the appetite either way. The big thing that grates me these days is the shithousery, time wasting, poor refs, that's not even taking into account a powder puff soft bunch of players at our club..Sadly , I'm falling out of love with it in general.

This lot don't. This lot are playing below 100% effort. This lot aren't giving their all. This lot just do not seem to care. As we've seen with them laughing with the opposition after losing or conceding, multiple times may i add

They don't deserve those of you who travel hundreds of miles to support them, put your hard earned cash into them, as well as your time, and i really feel for those of you who get served up this shite all the time

The enemy within - this feels like a personal campaign/vendetta. I was gutted at full time yesterday, but the players on the pitch gave everything which was why they were applauded so well at the end. If you want to call out individuals for damaging the club, have a look at a lot of your recent posts and then look in the mirror, You're actually rallying fans to stop going and support the team, and the club we love.

The morning after, normally watch the highlights but i cant bring myself to, positives, dovin, kitching, mve looked sharper, and we looked like we had a bit of fight in us for 91 mins, we did the same to wolves but it’s gutting being on the other end, just Chalk off this season unfortunately, give Lampard some help in January and the summer and start again, never Know, we might have another cup run, we’ve had 2 decent seasons this is the first season where we’ve struggled and some fans chucking the towel in, support them through the good and bad, and if you think this is a bad season you’ve not been watching us long, wer’e not that bad, stick with it

It’s a strange thread to create.

As is saying it would be funny if there are more away fans on Saturday than home support.

Finally a good point.

However I didn't get him too, he offered as we've known each other a while.

My main issue is the laxidaisical attitude from this side. We've all seen it and discussed it, the laughing with opposition after a drubbing, the laughing and shoulder shrugs after own goals or mistakes, the bottling of challenges by a lot of them.

The bare minimum we can expect is for them to give their all no? Do you honestly think every player in this side steps on the field currently with 110% effort and commitment, and do you think it hurts them when we get turned over (like it clearly did with the sides of the last few seasons)

That's mainly because I feel it would serve as a wake up call to Doug that people are fed up and he needs to make changes. Them changes being to give Dean Austin and Aled Williams their P45

You really think people are going to stop going unless we sack aled Williams? I'd bet 80% of people who go have no idea who he is.

No, I mean if Doug looks out upon a less than half full home end with a sold out away end, he may realise people are still unhappy

The Williams and Austin bit Is just my personal view that I cannot understand how both are still here

Cheer up mate, there’s 10 teams below us So we aren’t doing that bad, wait and see what happens in January, it might only need a couple of players to come in and we could be a totally different team, thought they did a lot better yesterday, just missing that bit of quality like Norwich had, EMC and wright to come plus a couple of fresh faces, just what we need,

The insinuation is there - and you'd wish for more Sheff wed fans than city on Saturday, which suggests that 'people stop going'/ Too late for me, as I've already got my ticket. I don't mind passionate feelings, but you seem very specific in terms of wanting certain individuals gone (I'm not sure who you want in?) it comes across as personal against individuals, and destructive. rather than constructive regarding the team (that said, I'd agree that the team could do with some help in this window)
