Robins fucked us off as well. I would have Clarke back in a heartbeatLooking purely on game time, I would think Connor Washington is the most likely to be sent out on loan.
Washington 4 starts 9 subs 0 goals 1 assist
Clarke 12 starts 13 subs 3 goals 3 assists.
I'm not sure on Clarke. He threw his mardy refusing to play to force through the wolves transfer which I'm not sure I can forgive.

Whilst I don't doubt he was one of our best, surely Marlon King would be the best we've had in 15 years, I'd also say McGoldrick was better at the time. Although I will say Leon Clarke's record for us was phenomenal.Clarke is the best striker we've had in the last 15 years.
He is severely underrated because Wilson was golden boy and how he left us in such a bad way.

Talent-wise I always loved Leon Best. He wouldn't run round like a headless chicken but there was talent there
That said, I would sooner have had Jutkiewiez than King as he was far more of a team player and his attitude was spot on despite not being a prolific goal scorer.

See I loved Jutkiewicz aswell, but King was just a classy night player.I would say that McGoldrick and Armstrong were better players than Clarke. I think King was the better all round player and played for us at a higher level. Clarke's wages would be out of our range

The word classy and King definately dont go together.See I loved Jutkiewicz aswell, but King was just a classy night player.
With regards to Armstrong, he was a poor mans (very poor mans) Michael Owen. He was a lethal poacher. Clarke was a better all round player
I agree, but i was suggesting that looking at the game time, that would probably leave Clarke as 4th choice and Washington as 5th. I'd Think if any Washington would be the one to go out on loan. They won't get rid if both and leave themselves short.Yes I can see your thinking on that and did see his limited game time, however with the types of players they are I’d guess at McGoldrick and Sharpe are keeping his game time quiet as both are scoring.
With the arrival of Madine I’d have that putting Clarke down the order now.

Is he still banged up or back out playing some where ?
King was arrested and bailed once more in April 2013 after a car crash which left one man seriously injured,[72] and in July of the same year, he was again arrested in connection with a hit-and-run incident which had left a second man injured.[73] King pleaded 'not guilty' to the first incident in November of the same year and had a trial date set for March 2014.[74] On 15 May 2014, King of Torksey, Lincolnshire, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and banned from driving for three years.[2]
mcgoaldroughtSince relegation from the championship mcgoldrick was by far our best striker. Played as a lone striker scored at a rate of 2 in 3 and scored all kinds of goals, tap ins, long rangers, 1-1s. Then seamlessly stepped up to the championship averaging around 1 in 2.

I went to watch us 'play' Sheff Utd a couple of seasons ago, we had Lameiras firing blanks they brought Clarke on and he looked pure quality
I was at the game and that tackle was right in front of my dad and me. One of the worst tackles Ive seen and the ref that day was disgusting not to mention their teamWas that just after Lameiras had been snapped or a different one? Back then we probably had Tudgay leading our line.

Not saying him as a person is classy, but just because he’s a nob, doesn’t mean hea wasn’t a class playerThe word classy and King definately dont go together.
