I was one who thought they had gone weeks ago but they have certainly put in a run of results, no surprise that the team that invested the least on promotion was relegated yesterday so another team with huge parachute payments and haven't spent the money they are supposed to cover.

Still loads of work to be done. They are away at Sunderland this week, who are also desperate for points.

If they lose and Hull win at Spurs (quite possible, as Tottenham seem to be already on their holidays), then they could fine themselves right back in the bottom 3 again. Newcastle play at already relegated QPR.

Thing Is they've played pretty well across most of the Season
Some real high scoring losses and some others by the odd goal
Both games against Spurs spring to mind
really unlucky at Times
He Is a very good manager who let the tension get better of him at times
