The Prem tried to take action but the Leicester legal team did one on them. The Prem rules have now been changed so it can't happen again. They changed the dates for giving the financial details. They hoped to stay up. But what it has done is made their Championship financial matters look even worse. The year before that they got away with it saying the FA couldn't charge them for their past Championship misdemeanours as they were then a Prem side.Not this time.
