Problem is we a far bigger club than you if you look back through history and although PSR is giving you personally satisfaction that we may be struggling now, it is stopping you ever from winning a major trophy.

Real shame for you ⚽️

Far bigger club?

At least we paid for our own ground

12 would be ideal to slow down their promotion push but 9 would definitely shake the wheels.

They still have a pretty dangerous team with some premier league class players.

If that happens then it really is our own fault if we don’t get promoted. Boro lose their manager, Southampton fall out their arse unexpectedly with a class team, Sheff Utd can’t get it together unexpectedly.

It's a golden opportunity.

I think it was said on here that we wouldn't get a better shot than the game against Luton (playoffs), I think this is for all the reasons above.

Surely they are PL charges and won't affect them until they are in PL again. We need EFL charges to be heard before they get any points deducted in championship.

Well realistically they broke EFL rules first so it should be points deductions that happen in this league as it was them breaking the rules that got them promoted.

I am sure they are facing separate EFL charges as well and they will be heard after the PL ones.

That’s disappointing, EFL ones should be heard first as they are older.

No chance they challenge for autos with a 9 point deduction.

Would put them just above the relegation zone and six points behind Southampton. No chance they’d trouble the autos IMO.

PL and EFL have had to change their rules
to get us a deduction but did it after our offence took place - no respectable court would do that

Nick de Marco to the rescue mi ducks

They have played the Prem card against the Championship one and the other way around - hopefully both authorities will see through this legal ease and punish them as we were - minimum 12 points

To illustrate this further they'd need to win 26 of their last 31 to hit 90 points.

Mate, they really haven't

You'll be sanctioned in some way for breaking the rules last time you were at this level.

Are they getting seperate charges for breaking EFL rules? Isn't their losses way past the 39m allowed?

There are 2 cases pending, EPL first followed by the EFL one

I’m not on this ‘expert’s side. Good points being made by Simon Jordan.
