Some saying they might well do, others saying they'll still win the league.

They won't get anywhere near automatics. Given they're about to lose El Khannouss, Fatawu and Justin they might struggle even making the play offs if they aren't adequately replaced.

The lack of quality up front especially is going to be an issue for them this season.

Why is it I get a response every time Hope we do get bottom three and get rid of the happy clappers.

We’ve won more than I thought possible. Your fans are far better than ours, apart from
them weirdos you have with those hats with tassles!

Times are strange that I find myself agreeing with a Leicester fan, especially the last part.

I personally don’t want you relegated. I enjoy the ‘derby’ games even if some fans from both sides don’t see it as such.

Going to sound mad but to an extent it may do us some good like it did with Brum.

As I said before I don’t see it as a rivalry with you lot, but just love the banter.

Whether you see us as cheaters or not, well we could do nothing about 2002 and there were no rules for points deductions back then, Vichai RIP was amazin, but maybe his son is abysmal. At least your owners communicate to an extent.

Rumours of a takeover by the Mara Family of the New York Giants is being speculated so may take that, but football is broken with this PSR rubbish.

Well I can also see the point of PSR as clubs are meant to

Well I can also see the point of PSR to stop clubs overspending and going into adminstration. If we probably had the French system here many clubs would probably be relegated under their system ,look at Bordeaux.

The number of clubs that have either completely gone out of business or come pretty close and you’ve got fans protesting rules being put in place to try and stop it happening.

It doesn’t even stop you losing money, you can lose millions.

There's another way of looking at it,it seems you can and wait for the next change of owner and that brings with it all the changes we're experiencing and in future more of this until the game as we knew it doesn't exist anymore.

He’s right. PSR is designed to keep the status quo.

look at Villa - they have owners who want to spend money but can’t, Newcastle are the same. How are they supposed to compete with Man Utd for instance, who received bigger payments from UEFA due to status and not competitive merit

it’s just bullshit. If I became a billionaire over night, I couldn’t just takeover Coventry and buy our way up the league

Leicester do. Their owner is more than skint. They're now spending next year's Prem money and most of it is going on the wages of players nobody is interested in

You could gift our club 15m a year. You could do it in 45m in 1 go and hope for the best.

Strangely enough we had a mysterious 15m invested in our club recently.....

It works on the theory of serviceable debt.
Most fans love it when a club is just spending money, then get all self righteous when it goes tits up.

This is just the start of it.

They're desperate for promotion for survival. If they don't go up this season (and it looks very unlikely) the players they need rid of because of the wages they were offered will still be with them as they have more than 1 year left on their contracts. Looks like nobody is willing to take on that liability. The longer it goes the more financial trouble their owner gets into yet he still doesn't want to sell for what he sees as cheaply. They have problems with financial rules which would continue into next season and they haven't received this year's punishment yet.

Oh no what a shame

If I wanted to gift a club an amount of money, I should be able to gift whatever I want. Like I said - it keeps the status quo.

More outgoings are inevitable. Faes, Justin, El Khannouss and Fatawa are all linked with moves away.

If all go and Leicester fail to bring anyone in they're ending the summer window with an exceptionally thin squad and not a great deal of quality.

Problem is we a far bigger club than you if you look back through history and although PSR is giving you personally satisfaction that we may be struggling now, it is stopping you ever from winning a major trophy.

Real shame for you ⚽️
