No deterrent to cheating at all. EFL not fit for purpose

Minimum 12 points. They will appeal and it will be reduced to 3/4 points

It maybe only 6 points, but they've only got 4 points from 6 games so far this year, and 3 of them were from a very lucky win against WBA who outplayed them at Leicester with a very late injury time winner.

WBA make their opponents look good. Leicester made WBA look world beaters

You're right, maybe the info I've been given if wrong, (though someone else in here heard the same), though given the state they're in its weird he's not playing, the plot thickens!

I have been on the Leicester fans forum. The overwhelming feeling is one of relief that they have got off lightly.

Too right.

Barely a slap on the wrist. No reason for clubs to obey the rules if that’s the punishment.

They should have redacted that to save Epstein any embarrassment.

THe EFL statement said the breach is for 23/24. Will they get a deduction for last season too? I thought it was over three years.

He has been absolutely shite for them. Nobody wants to pay for him or take on his 90k a week wage. Have heard he has an attitude problem but you can't always believe what you hear. Over £4.6m a year for doing nothing

It is over a 3 year rolling period. Each following rolling year should come with consequences.

I know their fixture list is not much difference to all of us, but looking at their next 10 games gives me some hope that they will struggle to stay up.

Slap on the wrist really. There really does seem to be one rule for some clubs, and one for another.

If you are Wrexham or Birmingham looking at this, where is the deterrent? It is all getting quite out of control.

6 Points isn't really a deterent is it?

They won auto promotion by 7 points in 23/24 anyway (Their 97 points to 3rd place Leeds 90 points)

There's a rumour that the wrong vowel was put into his name

Truly scandalous that, if by some miracle we pull it off and go up we cannot gamble the farm or take the financial piss like they did. It's too gross and too risky

Yet if you call it out you're counted as an idiot on here. Bring in players like Onyeka for a decent price who have shown their worth for a newly promoted side and you have a chance. Go back down and you have a squad ready to go back up gaining another £180m. Gamble everything then you have a chance of becoming a Leicester.

Obviously I'd love us to have a good go at it in the Prem if we get the chance but there is a smart way to go about it and lobbing 100k per week at the first top 6 cast off like Winks that batts his eyelashes at us isn't the way!

Trying to think who would be a good example of making the step up a way that isn't potentially going to send us into another decade plus of shite if we got relegated. The stock answer is Brighton and Brentford but they are miles ahead of us with the set up and backroom stuff. Leeds look like a decent shout this year, a few smart pick ups from the bundesliga and a slight gamble on a player with a patchy injury history

They're generally not held in very high regard on here, but that's an extremely serious insinuation you're making there, even if in jest.
