Pretty shameful from the club really - They are telling people to go to The Arena if they are having issues? Not all of us live in Coventry and have this thing called a job... Utterly laughable suggestion

I am lucky I have managed to use a relatives VISA card and send them the money on the spot, but really the sale should be halted until they have sorted their shit out, people in the first bracket might well miss out on a local derby through no fault of their own cause the clubs ticketing operation is amateurish

It's probably an issue on ticketmasters end, but the club should stop the sale if there is an issue

Didn't really see the issue my end as I always use Visa Debit, but can understand the frustration for others, maybe a delay with communication whilst it was fixed may have been better

Phew! If I hadn’t seen this post I wouldn’t be going to Leicester, I totally forgot. My priority started at 12pm near miss. My Mastercard debit worked and I didn’t even have to faff about on the bank app.

Do you have a valid membership number (1300+) that hasn't bought one yet? I have one in my basket but can't assign it to my mate in the 1200 bracket as the bracket never opened at 4pm.

Edit: This is an offer to buy this ticket for you instead, if I have a number I can assign it to. Basket expires in 9 minutes though
