They are but he is a prime example of the fit and proper owners thing being total shit.

Why is anyone surprised? At Cagliari, Cellino went through 36 managers in 22 years!

Sounds like he's sacked the managed after he's been told he's getting banned. Shouldn't there be something in place to stop that kind of thing happening?

And that's why Leeds will not progress because they have no stability. Who in their right mind would want to manage a club where the owner is obviously unstable ? Oops, sorry Tony Mowbray !

Its a awful state of affairs, i dont like Leeds much but this is another example of how someone should not be in charge of a club. He dooped the fans at an early stage when he took loads to the pub and went in the away stands etc but he just doesnt have a clue in how to run a club. Now he has Evans in on a rolling contract - how long is that going to last!!

Personally i think there should be a minimal one year contract for a manager, this cannot be broken unless there is a specific reason which is authorised by the FA. Its just getting ridiculous now.
