Anyone watching the game tonight ?

Good chance to see what league one football might be like for us next season.

Bit of an eye opener looking at the Stevenage ground.

Amazingly enough, Stevenage have achieved:

    • Champions: 1995–96, 2009–10
  • FA Trophy
    • Winners: 2006–07, 2008–09
    • Runners-up: 2001–02, 2009–10
  • Herts Senior Cup
    • Winners: 2008–09
  • Isthmian League
    • Premier Division champions: 1993–94
    • Division One champions: 1991–92
    • Division Two North champions: 1985–86, 1990–91
  • United Counties League
    • Division One champions: 1980–81
    • League Cup winners: 1980–81

They were only formed in 1976!!!!

Good effort from Craig Reid then.
Think we were linked with bringing him back to the club not long ago.

I played at Stevanage when they were in the United Counties league for Brackley Town, back when i could both run, and kick the ball to someone in the same colours as me.

Obviously the ground back then was very basic, but going on the comments above it has'nt improved much.We had another future league club in the league Irthlingborough Diamonds,( Rushden and Diamonds) who have gone into the league, stayed there for a while, before going bust.

Can't watch footie at the moment, i've still got relegation depression.

Turned off, terrible game, our youth team players would cause damage to both these teams. Looks like Sheffield Utd are playing for the draw.

I want Stevenage to go up, so we can "giant kill" them in the cup next season

This takeover takes place and I am expecting us to sign Lionel Messi. Then we should be able to compete with the likes of Stevenage.

I want Utd to go up, they're better than us. We have more chance of beating Stevenage.

When you take a player away that makes 30goals, then you will be shit.

I think we should get rid of this sneering at teams because of their ground mentality well before the season. Ok we play in a nice ground but we don t own it and the crowd makes it look like a training match. It's what happens on the pitch that matters, which is why despite our so called amazing rented ground, we are in div 3
