As we don’t know what league were in some transfer activity from L1 and L2.

Peterborough are fast out the blocks and hitting L2 with the signing of Accrington Stanley Keeper Arron Chapman, Mansfield’s Rhys Bennett and are trying to do a deal with Stevenage for Matty Godden and whispered to be using Ricky Miller as a bargaining tool
Peterborough also had a verbal offer for Cheltenham‘s Mo Eisa rejected.

Cheltenham have signed released Luton player Johnny Mullins

Luton themselves have lost Olly Lee to Hearts and rejected a 500k bid for Dan Potts from Wigan

Port vale have signed Wycombe keeper Scott Brown, Luke Joyce from Carlisle and reportedly made a offer for Chesterfield’s Kristian Dennis today.

Walsall have signed prolific national league striker Andy Cook from newly promoted Tranmere

Northampton have signed released Doncaster striker Andy Williams in a bid to bounce back to L1.

Lincoln have signed Boreham woods Bruno Andrade and said to be keen on Mikael Mandron

Cheltenham are keen on Connor Thomas

Watford have secured highly rated young apprentice of the year Ben Wilmott from Stevenage

Peterborough continue to strengthen and signed Blackpool defender Colin Daniel and have set a figure of 6.5 million for star striker a Jack Marriott

Sounds to me Robins has irons in the fire might depend which iron he uses on what division we are in. Two very positive irons are Jodie Jones and Andrue, just like two new signings

He said the other day he’s got targets lined up and talking to players, I’d imagine things will start first week of June now.

I’m hopeful of a good summer again

If we lose McNulty I'd be after Eisa. Maybe even if we don't if the funds are there.

Peterborough cannot afford him and he’s got a Million plus price tag. Not a chance

What are we going to be asking for McNulty then?

Half as much as he’s only got 12 months left on his current deal, Eisa has a longer contract to offer Cheltenham more security and get a better deal. Cheltenham chairman is asking for 1.5M

My guess is 500k-650k tops for McNulty this summer but city might play hard ball for 750k if offers come in.

Although from an objective view it's probably an accurate estimation of his worth, that figure of 500k-650k would suggest that we're open to offers... which we're not. Yes he's only got a year left on his contract but I can put my house on the fact we'll be holding out for more than that once clubs start making enquires. Robins will do his best to keep our star players unless he knows they can be replaced. This ultimately will reflect what price Robins will be willing to settle for.

Transfermarkt says Eisa is contracted up to June 18. I should stop paying attention to that bloody site.

I’m sure we won’t be offering him about with a figure we’d like it’s gonna be a we’re not selling stance tho obtain promotion and it’s likely MR will put a new contract on the table Tuesday morning to keep his mind settled here.

It’s only gonna be a top SPL offer and or a good wage offer that’s gonna tempt him away

If anyone is interested it will potentially come to light next week.

It’s a good site for match info but there not the best at updating contracts.

Cheltenham quickly put a new contract to him weeks after signing him extending it to 2020.

I'd be very surprised if there wasn't already talks regarding a contract extension let alone on Tuesday to be honest.

Regardless of that, like you said unless a top SPL club or a top League 1 / lower Champ club put an offer in I think it's likely we'll be able to fight off bids. For once we don't really have to sell as this financial year has on the whole been a relatively successful one for the club with the income raised from players sales our FA Cup run and the current Play-Off run.

Kal Naismith today joined back up with Paul Cook at Wigan after leaving Portsmouth. Good signing that.

Shame we’re on the look out for better players....

I'd imagine a lot of our targets will be ex Chelsea given the Viveash connection. Hopefully we'll see some come in soon either way

I don’t mind a few in the connection like Westbrook but I’d like to see a few players who’ve played the level or stepping up showing a cv of doing it well in L2.

We seen how a few who’ve played twice the amount they’ve ever played in a season looking off the pace at times in the run in where as senior players like Doyle and Kelly dug in and excelled.

I’d imagine we might see the ball rolling next week

I trust Robins to get it right but believe in this squad and want them given their chance. A year older and more experienced will have seen some of those improve again. Very little adjustment needed.

A big move in league two Notts county have signed chesterfield striker Kristian Dennis this afternoon and look set to take Oxfords Kane Hemings too.

Finally gives them something positive to talk about.

They've kept Stead on as well so that gives them a fair amount of firepower for next season. Much as I dislike Nolan, a good friend of mine is a County fan so I hope they make it up next season for his sake.

Looks like we’re keeping JCH, and Biamou is still under contract, so I wouldn’t be expecting another centre forward to be joining us.
If we hold on to mcnulty, then Ponticelli is as good a cover player as we’re going to find for league 1. When you add the two sick notes back into the squad as well as Allissani, then there isn’t much room for recruitments in the attacking areas.

Yup huge statement of intent , that lad Kellet is a top player, must have been on a decent wage at Wigan, saw him play against Notts County and he pulled all the strings.

And Dennis is a good signing, they got to be looking at Automatics next year id say now.

Peterborough have signed Matt Godden. Good signing by all accounts.

Shrewsbury have had a bit of a torrid week with their manager departing as well as both goalkeepers. Dean Henderson has gone back to United and is unlikely to re-sign and Craig MacGillivray has been signed by Portsmouth after rejecting a contract extension.

Notts County have added to their squad once again by bringing in 19 year old Will Patching from Manchester City.

If Ponticelli can't get the minutes up top he needs, then he should go out on loan to get first team football. But it depends who Robins brings in.

Absolute madness if Jack Marriott from Peterborough leaves for £6.5 million. They've just sold an academy graduated for a 7-figure sum and Marcus Maddison is also reported to be sold as well for a similar fee. If MacAnthony is serious about them getting promoted this season Peterborough could potentially have a massive transfer war chest to play with this summer.

It's difficult to say how well he'll do with Peterborough this season. It's frightening how much money they could have to spend but MacAnthony is unpredictable. If he gives Evans full backing then I think they'll most definitely be up there in the mix. But something makes me agree with you, I think he's at risk of falling at the last hurdle again. In fairness to him he's already brought in some astute names with the likes of Bennett from Mansfield, O'Hara from Dundee, Godden from Stevenage, Daniel from Blackpool and Woodyard from Lincoln. But he did this with Mansfield where he ended up being counter-productive in the transfer market because he brought in too many players. Also with Forrester and Silva have already gone / Marriott and Maddison are set to leave, Peterborough are effectively now left without any stars.

Anthony Grant, Michael Doughty, Alex Penny, Jermaine Anderson, a Brad Inman, Adil Nabi, Andrea Borg, Ricky Miller, Junior Morias and Morgan Penfold have also all been transfer listed. So even if MacAnthony does give Evans his full financial backing, they're at risk of having to start from scratch this season which doesn't bode well for their season.

Talk about from one extreme to the other. That said, the way the Exeter Trust treated him doesn't show fan ownership in such a great light.
