Spoke to his old man regarding the draw this morning

James is expecting a mixed reception but knows that's football. Doesn't want to be rested wants to play where it all began for him

Does this make you a Spurs ITK as well?

I’m sensible enough to know it’s a short career and that going to Leicester when he did was clearly a good move and propelled him to the level he is at

But he won cups for them and played for them in Europe, I can’t applaud that

Was horrendous. I rarely get cold at a game, but was absolutely frozen despite multiple layers and 2 pairs of gloves. Remember taking a picture of the temperature when I got back in the car.

At the end of the competition, the 10% paid into the pool account is split 1:1 between Tottenham and the other 19 Premier League teams and us and the other 71 EFL teams.

Not like the money is going to make up a massive chunk of their revenue is it. I'm sure their argument would be that they attract the bigger gates so deserve more but to get 3 and a half times more than a EFL club is wrong.

I'd prefer it to be 40% L2, 30% L1, 20% FLC, 10% PL.

Anybody got complete confirmation of the date yet? Keep looking in expectation that it will move to the 18th, but still says 17th on most fixture sites.

If we tell them the wrong date we might have a chance of winning

Doesn't matter. All teams get a minimum 3 day gap between games

Fairly sure it's an agreement that all teams don't play for a minimum of 3 days after a game.

Side issue here, Matty James would certainly give us a better chance for this one and the money made self funds the deal or partly?

Ha, I don’t think a dude who hasn’t played in half a year is going to be that crucial to our chances

As my two young ones won't be coming (the 3 of us sit in the FZ), I'm hoping I get a chance to buy elsewhere in the ground before general sale (obviously after STHs in other areas get their pick to renew).

Was considering this but at £30 a ticket, to watch us get bummed by Spurs B side, think I’ll give it a miss.
