I know it doesn't affect us anymore but can't help but feel i want Exeter City to go up. This will be 3 play off finals in 5 years. Surely now?

And does anyone else have a hatred for Jordan Turnbull? The man too good for league 2. Who is now in league 2 while we're championship. Sod him and sod Northampton

Would be nice for Exeter to make it 3rd time lucky. You have to feel for the players, having to play at an empty Wembley stadium.

Yeah I hope Exeter go up.

I couldn't care less about Turnbull, he was shite, he left, we got better players, we got better.

TV and ad money? If more people are back at work or even working from home at set hours more likely to get viewers in the evenings

Imagine watching Burnley v palace over a Wembley final. The league two playoffs have been infinitely more entertaining than the PL.

Really feel for the teams playing a career high game at Wembley in front of nobody.

I can't see Exeter getting back into this, unless they get one before half time.

That's 3 finals in 4 years for Exeter now is it, and looks like they're going to lose this one as well. Odds are they've got to win one eventually, surely?

Did that Northampton player who started all that off even get booked?

Long ball tactics prevail, Turnbull back in league one. Morton on loan from West Brom looks a good player.

Reminds me of when Bristol City kept getting in the play-offs and missing out on the PL. Then had one shit season and struggled for years. Fine margins.

I guess losing in the playoffs every year is better than notts county losing in the playoffs once then going the other way

Apparently, red and white stripes never win playoff finals at Wembley. Maybe Exeter should try a special Sky Blue kit next time? Always seems to work for us!
