Feel sorry for us fans, for the players under this so called manager and these owners.

Only future will be in a time when these owners have gone

There will be worse teams. We won't get relegated this year.

Still waiting to hear what your stuff is based on from before.

Today is another game we should have won with plenty of chances.

Come on Nick, we're by many standards a poor team, previously good defensive record gone, don't score, don't win away, home record on the slide. We're sleepwalking to relegation.

Agree. Needs some great movement in the transfer market to turn this around.

At the mo it looks like a relegation side. Written all over it unfortunately.

As much as I hate to say it I must agree with Pete based on what I've seen over the past couple of weeks. We are seriously struggling to score goals, are too lightweight, have no leadership and no manager. Mark Penus needs to follow his good mate Tony back up to the North East. He can take his new best mate Timmy with him.

I'm sitting in 35 degree heat on the other side of the world, yet these wankers still manage to ruin my weekend.

We need a good manager NOW who knows this league, been said many times before, I know. But that and some money for new players in January is what it will take to keep us up.

Last season we had players mature enough that listened, and rose to TMs challenge to stay in the league ,

If they dont replace mv now and wait till january we are certain relegation candidates.
Hes had his play at being manager and failed. Hes partly to blame for the poor transfer policy and is to close to sisu and tf.

We need a manager in now who can have the time to assess the current shower of shit and identify targets in time for the transfer window opening.

If we wait until jan then we are down as what do they expect someone coming straight in and having to recruit is going to do.

Anyone els get the feeling the club is being wound up and as little money is being spent as needed to keep us ticking over.

We have no permanent chief exec and we have gone for the cheapest option to replace tm.
I think this season will be when we sink to the lowest the club has ever been

January is huge now or we will go down. Completely agree with thr points FP have raised - can't defend, can't score, can't win away. This feels just like our championship season, OK in midfield possession but completely lacking in both boxes.

I'm not convinced we'll go down but unless something changes it's looking like we'll be in the relegation mix come April/May

Doing DIY as it goes. That must make FP double wrong given that both me and Bob weren't there but yet we both agree with him.

We were really lucky to get the "new manager bounce" when TM left, winning 4 of the first 6 under MV, 13 points from a possible 18. This is totally out of context with the rest of this season's results, and without that we would probably be well and truly adrift at the bottom now.

Grendel why do you have to divert every thread into a bitching session instead. Its as if you want to be the centre of attention all the time. Grow up and stay on topic

Does that mean he's not allowed to agree with FP? The fact that he does makes FP wrong? Or was there another point to your cuntish, pointless reply to his post?

You accusing others of being a wum, ha ha ha. Priceless.

So Bob aka Jim Blyth from GMK isn't a wum then?

Back on topic lads....without wallowing in doom and gloom as so often happens when we lose (Nick could do some stats to prove it but I reckon this forum is at least twice as busy when we lose as opposed to when we win - people love a moan about how shit things are).

So I had a look at the L2 table and it turns out that after all our time in this division (5th season, God help us!!) we've played most of the teams there either in this league, the JPT or the early rounds of the FA Cup (including Cambridge who we will be playing next). There's also a few who we played in the top flight or the champ (Luton and Plymouth).

The list of those we haven't played for years includes the likes of Mansfield, Barnet, Accrington, Cheltenham and Newport. But it's not as long a list as you might think.

No more than Punch and Judy from GMK and you still haven't answered the question. Does it make FP wrong because Bob agrees with him and he wasn't at the game?

Not saying we will go down BUT we are in a relegation place tonight and we have a real fight on our hands. We can't score, don't defend with confidence and don't seem ready to roll up our sleeves and battle. In this league you need to do that and we don't have the personnel.
We were against a very poor side today and didn't make their keeper work at all. Great goal but was presented to Stevenson ...we didn't create the chance. I don't see a leader on the pitch and although we play some nice football we don't deliver.

Depends, the example on the other thread where you seemed to think you knew everything but knew nothing was interesting.

Apparently you have to go to at least 75% (I think that's right isn't it Grendull?) of games before you have the right to a valid opinion. Which is of course elitist tosh.

Not great keeper
Error prone defence
A very young midfield
No end product from the flanks
no striker force
An inexperience manager

All in all, surely its pointing one way ?
