I believe they have communicated with ACL, but all polls and letters are aimed at sisu and all that has achieved is to alienate the trust, no progress whatsoever. Equal pressure needs putting on ACL because they are part of the problem.

As I undertstand it that is what the trust are doing too though. I don't believe they are remunerated for their time? I just dont get the suggestion that there is a "dark secret" to the trust? I understand that there is a core of fans who will follow the club whatever, but let's not make the mistake of believing that somehow validates their argument of no action. I am able to make my own judgements based on the experiences of the last few years, and that is why I believe SISU are not right for us. I understand that not everyone is going to be happy with the trust, but some of the juvenile criticism of them (the X stands for a kiss, poorly worded e-mails etc) is a bit rich given that the posters themselves seem to struggle to communicate their thoughts clearly in the first place, and of course you have the serial comedians and their "gags" who aren't really helping anyone.
How do you figure that?

When I signed up to be a member of the trust, I thought they could do some good.. And that I could be part of that.
However their last couple of emails have been full or inaccuracies & errors and have had an unprofessional , bordering on child like, tone!
The few people running it have also made decisions and taken actions, claiming to represent all of its members, and then told all of us, it's members , after the event!
I'm sorry guys.. But things are not being run correctly at the trust. You are not consulting with your members , you are not giving your members a chance to offer input.. You are not even responding to emails from your members! In the words of Duncan Banatyne... I'm out!
Agreed, I have said this for a while. I'm a member but have not had one bloody email from them, on any subject.
I AM pleased that they are taking positive action for a change, and supporting the "not one penny more" - but again, if the mail to Nick is genuine, they seem to have taken this action without consulting their members.
I'm also a bit confused as the NOPM remit is for SISU to go, NOT just opposed to playing outside of Cov.
