After a hugely impressive piece on Cov , maniac spoils it with

"next week Leicester face Southampton which will tell is if they have what it takes to gatecrash the automatic promotion spots!"

They have spent shitloads , are 15th, and haven't won back to back all season.. Do us a favour manish

Save Our City could do worse than reach out to some former players. Froggy and Hucks have both spoken out on twitter so they may put their names to it. Now the campaign has been shown to be peaceful and well managed it can't hurt to have a few 'names' on board.

EXACTLY - One thing that will hurt SISU is the bad publicity.......keeping this story in the spotlight is very important....getting old players on board will achieve this.

Well said that man, if nothing else it has proved that SOC is attracting local media attention at least and may hasten some sort of deal that will see us reach an end game for good or bad.

...it's really a case of paying down some of SISU's debt. They won't go unless they get some of their invested money back.
League one overhead will be much less and would not surprise me if they manage to break even there.

It's up to Hoffman to 'value' his investment on potential achievement after he and his cronies invest. If he is serious he could get it off SISU's hands relatively cheap for a football club and all debt goes away with SISU.

How much for a debt free football club, stadium options and money aside to invest from the get go?

That's how you need to look at it.

It goes further back than that.

Richard Keys doesn't help the cause.

At least he is trying to do something- using his position to expose the failings of SISU ?

The problem is that he's not a likeable man and comes across as being a bit creepy.
If Coventry ever needed someone with a little credibility, to speak for the club, it's now.

Not easy to see anyone though is it?

Just like that.

I love my club but, I'm sorry, Keys comes across as a creepy and sly individual.

He's a Sky Blues fan who is in the media spotlight. As such he is as entitled to give his opinion as much as anyone else.

Keys is doing a lot more to save our club than any of the people moaning about him.

Well done Richard - keep it up!

This isn't the X Factor - just support him towards achieving our common goal.

How have you come to the conclusion he’s creepy? Because how the media portrayed him after the sexist saga?

I’ve met the fellas twice at Cov games and he was sound, interacting with the fans etc.... nothing creepy about him at all.

Seems the papers brainwashed you after all that Massey shenanigans last year.

Good interview with keys, dunno why people are still slagging him off? would you rather he said nothing and didnt back the sisu out campaign? He's getting us publicity nearly all of us can't get.

Fair play to Keys

His day job is talking about Football, so as a result, myself and a LOT of others listen to Talk Sport.

Keeping CCFC and SISU in the spotlight is NO bad thing.

Morning All
This programme, did more to show Sisu, in their true, Miserable light, than all the bad publicity we've been able to cobble up ourselves, there is surely "no hiding place" for Sisu now,Chris Colemans testimony, was proof of Sisu's deceitful Takeover, and Richard Keys talked of offers for the club, which have been ignored, with Sisu refusing to answer calls from the BBc, and refusing to comment, it surely must mean they are up a cul-de-sac.....Trapped with nowhere to run, the games up Sisu liars..Go!

The only problem is that this show is a regional magazine. It would hold much greater weight if it was on one of tha national shows. I doubt SISU and their investors will even be aware that it was aired.

excellent piece. find it inresting that CWR keep saying they can't say much as they have to remain neutral but we can get a piece like this on BBC1. Surely being neutral doesn't mean you have to ignore the facts. Thought it was spot on, presented the facts, gave Keys the chance to air a fans point of view and offered SISU right of reply. They've not helped their cause by refusing to be interviewed or give a statement.

I don't know about the investors, but believe me SISU will know.

They'll have a media agency that will send them a copy of every newspaper article and a transcript of every TV programme that mentions them.

This "bundle" will then be circulated to all their senior people, possibly weekly but probably monthly.

Oh I'm sure they will know but being localised I'm certain they will view at as considerably less damaging and probably harmless.

Anyone in the public eye who can highlight the decline and general way SISU treat the fans is ok in my book, no matter what individual opinion is of the person... Lets face it, Keys will make more waves and get more notice than any of us writing on a messageboard ,,, so dont knock and start to understand these people are making Sisu look bad and that is the only thing that sisu will take notice of well that and lost revenue or future investor looking to use them!!!!!!!!!!!!.....

You sure you,re not getting him confused with someone else? I don't remember any cracking tackles, just him running backwards while opposition players fleeced him.
