So Fisher is in charge of either negotiating a permanent deal for the Ricoh or pressing ahead with plans for a new stadium?

Brilliant, we will be homeless again by next Monday.

At least we now have a football man in charge, progress will now only be limited by Sisu,s lack of financial input. Waggot seems to be a shrewd operator and does things with a minimum of fuss, he gets it done then lets people now the outcome rather than Fisher telling every one what the outcome he wants to be, before talking to others about it. "Mr Fisher will move his focus to the club’s ambition of owning its own stadium." Oh dear. He'll still be around to screw things up. More nonsense about a new stadium, I suppose, and with him involved, any chance of CCFC gaining (at least part) ownership of the Ricoh has vanished.

"In 12 months since we moved to Sixfields, Joy gave to me......5 million value of ACL debt, 4 possible sites, 3 senior judges, 2 turkeys and an eagle does it not make !"

The days just keep getting better. Obviously the ricoh return and now I don't ever have to hear another ML interview about the "ricoh dingy offices" or "we have no option but to build our stadium."

Best year ever.

Good that the bullshitter Labo has gone. He only divided people and/or annoyed them.

If Tim keeps his mouth shut, and Waggot improves the relationship to the council and ACL over a period of time, we could yet end up with a long lease at a cheap rent - which effectively is "owning" our own stadium - even if only leasehold.

Joy will have to leave CCFC alone for the time being and hope that we get promoted with good gates under our new CEO. Maybe she can then sell a well supported Championship team with a leasehold stadium and get at least some of her money back. Then she will be free to carry on with other more profitable projects in her porfolio.

Why do people sing the praises of waggott? his record of signing is not good, the best players have gone,he helped to get us relegated,he managed to get Charlton Athletic relegated,he is just the latest Sisu spokesman to be wheeled out.

He's the better of the worst bunch don't you think.

WOW!!! they have given Fisher the task to be in charge of finding a location and owning a new stadium. .. Looks like we in the Ricoh for good then

Sounds to me like SW has got TF's job and TF has got ML's job reading between the lines.
