I agree with what Prefect says, there is also no chance of the investors (whoever they are) 'going bust', they'll only have put a fraction of their (likely) immense wealth into CCFC, but what can happen and is looking increasingly likely is that the investors see the chance of ever making any money out of this venture evaporate and tell Joy to sell up and mitigate the losses, hell even Joy might make that decision, especially if the JR goes against SISU.

PS Another scenario that may drive them away is the threat of them having to reveal their interest in the club.
That wouldn't look good especially if they were a political player that wrote a book on business ethics.
