Or they knew sending it to so many people would make it pretty inevitable that it would get it.

I've just listened back* to it and what he said was (after bigging up Joy + Sisu and the money put in, slagging off ACL & Sisu, and avoiding answering the important questions put to him**) we should hold an open forum with the board of the club, with both Waggot to talk about the football and the finance guy along as well because it would be boring to go into all that financial stuff about the accounts on a radio show.

*I made a copy.
**Like what happens if we don't get planning permission.

Is this in response to my earlier post? I can't tell!

He does mention both forums I am sure of it.

When he was on CWR talking about the accounts I can only recall him mentioning a forum with Brookfield to cover detailed financial questions about the accounts. Even if at some point he has mentioned another forum to cover a different topic its clear that he made the offer to discuss the accounts in detail and when it was followed up he has now refused to stay true to his word.

Yeah, Labovich strikes me as being unprepared for that program, very unprofessional. God knows how he keeps his position?

Maybe I am mixing it up from when he has been on CWR again then, I remember listening to it Friday night and thinking that he was just passing everything on to ACL/CCC.

I don't disagree with the second part though he did put the idea out there, I am not entirely sure whether it will ever happen, I presume not.

Loving the conspiracy theory but it would involve a level of cunning and sophistication that has not been evident to date.
Think the more likely explanation is bumbling incompetence.

I'm not sure if they aren't all putting up a front of being totally incompetent. To employ one buffoon you could say was bad luck but to keep repeatedly employing them and then taking no action when they embarrass your company over and over again seems very strange. If it is just general incompetence they’ve managed to reach an incredible level of incompetence.

See my post. He only talked about a forum in response to financial questions. It's very clear, no room for misinterpretation.

It's Occams razor dude. Seriously? After Fisher hijacking the Holdings shareholder meeting to accuse the Trust, then Labovitch hijacking the SCG to accuse Steve and making him call Jan to "clear" himself.

Oh, let's add in the repeated refusal by the club to engage with the SBT. All this while they've walked on fucking eggshells to not piss the club off after people on here were going on about them being too militant for representing the majority and not the GMK 5.

It's not paranoia if they really are out to get you.

I fucking love the mental gymnastics you lot go to to excuse the behaviour of our owners. Earlier it was Robbo and his "Sisu don't control the club" now it's you and "I don't believe the club are going after the Trust"

FFS it's just embarrassing now.

I've heard them mention it before. But like I said to ask for it when CCC have stated they won't talk publicly on advise of their lawyers is disingenuous.

Forget the Ricoh. I want to know why I should support our owners right now and in the future. I think that's important right now.

I'm worried that whatever happens with the Ricoh, well be fucked financially both while at Sicfields and while at a new ground. They need to make that case.

This crap is just FUD to distract from the fact that Labovitch has broken his promise to the fans.

Maybe, but that's where we differ I'd like to know it all, let's get all the facts in the open as quickly as possible, everyone seems to be willing to do so, then we can move on with the past clear and behind us at last.

You lot? Really?
I think of my self as a life long ccfc supporter. I have a feeling that Robo think he is a life long ccfc supporter. So I guess we share something there. Probably enough for you to call us 'you lot'.
But then you kind of exclude yourself.

Out of interest - because I am old and forget quickly - where in this thread have I excused the club owners? Did I actually say 'I don't believe the club are going after the Trust'?

There's always the question of timing though isn't there. Think I would have sent it around the same time as the accounts if I was trying to get peoples attention away from the accounts. Probably expect the thing to take a few days to get leaked to the media.

I once witnessed a colleague "accidentally" email the entire firm with his reply to someone he was unhappy with.

Let's not play this game. Your communication is more than the literal translation of the words you say.

Apologies for the coarse way of putting it. But you, and Robbo, and Nick are a group that will always be on hand to muddy the waters about things like this. "Maybe it was this unlikely scenario". My point is that it's far simpler to understand the actions of our owners as "they're a bunch of lying, money hungry cunts who don't give a shit about CCFC or it's fans" than any other explanation.

I don't mean anything personal by it. It just frustrates me that these threads pop up and still there's people looking for an angle other than the blatantly obvious one.

I'm sure you'll use the "hey man, we can't know everything, there is no truth" stuff, but you need to realise you're doing the devils work.

Fear, uncertainty, doubt. The tools of oppressive regimes. They live in the grey areas. They die in black and white. To create shades of grey everywhere is not to enlighten but to play to their game.

We'd all like to know all the facts but we know that CCC have been advised not to make any comment before the JR, given they are 50% owners of ACL it wouldn't be a huge stretch to imagine they have at least passed along that advice to ACL and / or Higgs. Labovich knows this and knows there is zero chance of that forum taking place so it's pretty safe ground for him to keep offering to attend it and saying it should happen. Whole different thing to an in depth look at the accounts which he offered and now seems to have retracted.

Just one point Shmmeee, I don't have John as a left winger, he's way too sensible for that. Me on the other hand...
Joking aside, absolute level headed guy who brings something to any party. Not sure what SISU's gripe is with him, maybe we'll learn one day but whatever the reason I would put my life on it being a perception that they have got wrong.

I have some sympathy as the trust did seem to be involved in trying to oust sisu, along with Higgs and the council. The trust in my view should be working with the club to end this nonsense rather than against them. If I was on the sisu side I would have issues with trusting the trust also.

Having said that, sending such an email is completely stupid. As Jan states in the quotes in the article the trust members are elected board members and unless they are voted out then they remain.

Disagree - the Trust probably represent majority opinion amongst fans if they want to rid the club of SISU. SISU can't be surprised if fans want them out - reacting against that is peevish; it won't change any minds.

Like Pompey you mean?

Anyway the thought of the trust getting rid of sisu is akin to dads army conquering the Third Reich.

I agree with Hill. This is a complete non story and just gets a few individuals some airtime.

Funny how the same people that reckon the fans should back Coventry at Northampton and support the LADS are the same ones who then back sisu against the Fans organisation???

These same people than shout and scream that the Trust do F all.

Sisu play on this to further divide what fan base we have left. They know exactly what they are doing?
there agenda against all the fans is scandalous its just a shame that some just can't see it.

I stand to be corrected. But I believe the Trust would answer "the fans take over (or as near as we can get)". After all that is their stated aim.

As I've said before though. The lengths the Trust went to to avoid being seen as anti-Sisu (annexing KCIC, not chanting Sisu Out at matches, going to great pains to be equal to all sides) so to imply they were (as an organisation) anti-Sisu is incorrect, regardless of the views of their members. So much so that several members became frustrated at the softly softly approach.

The Trust position as I read it has always been to offer the view that their membership was and is vehemently against the ground share. It was at this point that Sisu went on the offensive, refusing all communication offers extended to all parties so that they could later claim conspiracy, or publicly slandering board members, or getting Reid to write hatchet pieces, or creating GCBTTR (where are they BTW?). I could go on.

It's no coincidence that the only people actually sucked in by this crap are those who have always had an axe to grind. Though I'm sure you find PSGM good company.
