We won at Hull and everyone thought we won a cup final. There's always twist and turns. We failed to capitalise today and that is our own fault not bristol's for winning at Forest. Like us they got a win unexpected.

Now Monday is one hell of a game and should not have been.
Do I blame Thorn? No not for today but the season we have had is why we are where we are.

For what it's worth I'm glad we go into Monday knowing this is a 'cup final' because had we won today and they drew or lost we would not have taken it so seriously me thinks....now they will. Bristol are terrible and we are regardless of the result playing well, unbeaten in 7 and scoring.
Think we will win Monday but even then that won't change much but should we lose then the trap door looks ever closer.

Forest are firmly back in it again so expect more twist and turns to come.

Forecast is heavy rain Monday. If i were Thorn I'd have them in tomorrow training on a soaked down pitch all afternoon!

Bizarre thing to say it is the same manager but with 4 extra players Clarke and Cody back from injury, Norwood and Nimely.
Clarke Norwood and Cody were behind both goals today

Surely you can see that the depth of squad was and still is to blame. You have the same manager same tactics just a couple of better players available.

They are undefeated in 7

Today was a huge blow today, after watching our game and the Forest game today though I still believe we are a better side than Bristol though.

We did dominate after 20 minutes agreed. However we could and should have been 2 down by then. They are quite a good passing team.

I don't think we "failed" today. We played a good team, hit the woodwork four times and were unlucky not to get three points. BCFC got a really lucky away win. These things happen.

Let's hope they don't happen again on Monday. Strange some people (not you) saying Bristol can't score are rubbish etc. Said that before the forest game..

Good game today, there not a bad team and they certainly were'nt about to roll over. 3 points would have been better but who saw bristol's result coming, all part of life on the sky blue rollercoaster. I thought thorny got most things right, maybe would have changed bigi a bit earlier but we were unlucky with the woodwork. Onwards and upwards.

So were they worth the win? Were they even worth a draw?

I m afraid being worth or deserving a win is irrelevant to my mood this evening. Any chance we could go back in time quantum leap style

Whatever anyone says they were poor, and are a poor side.

So is there anyone in a good mood? Luck was against us and Florest. It don't make Brizzle a good side. We are now 7 unbeaten. We have not suddenly become a poor side

They are a poor side an bar a moment of madness by Camp they couldn't score.

Results went against us today but I still believe we are a better team than Bristol an can beat them Monday.

This just reinforces the point that we cannot rely on the results of other teams to help us. Our future is in our own hands. Today was an opportunity missed; we must make sure that Monday will not be another opportunity missed.

Running out of games, the players need to find themselves and get on with it

Before Hull I was hoping/expecting 4 points from 2 games then not to lose at Bristol. They came the other way around but still nothing has changed. I didn't expect Bristol to beat Forest but Forest also aren't safe yet. We have 2 good winnable games at home to come and if we get at least a point on Monday then I think we'll be ok. No need to panic yet guys.

I'll say it again... if we go down it's down to our awful away form simple as. We can bang the drum about the unbeaten run but we (apart from last week) have been a disgrace on our travels.

My calculations are we need to win away again and win the games v Millwall and Doncaster at home.

The bit where you say I don't blame thorn today. The inference being that you blame him every other day. Today he had better options. We hit the post 3 times we have not lost in 7. Thanks for not blaming him today. How about not blaming him before January when the owners sold six senior pros including a few of the best players and allowed him to sign 2.

We were going a bit mental for most of the second half, shouting for Thorn to make that switch. He didn't realise just how lost Gael was out there. The manager did for once have the tools to make an adjustment, and left it to late. Agreed with you so it must be true, you know the rule..

To blame him for the rest of the season but not today is sheer insanity IMO.
