It was all yellow.

Not a hint of black in the 80’s!

I bloody hope we wear the 3rd kit.

Because which numpty at the club thought that fucking Wasps colours are alright?

Eh?! A number of our 80s away yellow kits had black in them?!

That away kit is awful, really disappointed

Edit, it's navy not black so therefore OK. Would've preferred royal blue though

I remember the 87/88 away was yellow and blue.

Based in Denmark since the 50s, originally founded in Hamburg by German brothers.

Would have preferred the away in traditional green and black. Oh well, the homes quite nice.

Green and black wasn’t ever going to happen when that’s our goalkeeper kit.

Some interesting comments from Robins. Opened by referencing his statement from a few weeks back and made a point of saying he wanted to get that out there and they were 100% his words. Said that there lots of talk about who is telling the truth, and it's the club, 100%.

Also stated that Joy Seppala has never once lied to him personally in all the time he has been here.

Made a couple of references to twitter, so he clearly sees a lot of what is said.

Seppala has apparently introduced psychologists from a US University she is close to, to work with the players.

Mentioned the backroom staff a lot and said the work done behind the scenes to get us where we are is 'astounding'.

Clearly very close to Boddy and was very complimentary.

Wants people to back this team. Talked about the levels being much higher than last season. Without setting himself up for a fall, he clearly has huge expectations of this group of players.

Talked about triumph in adversity. All very positive.

Was straight talking and didn't dodge questions. Very interesting evening.

Can we sell Bayliss or something? The positivity ahead of this season is ridiculous. Not sure I can cope.

Totally agree with this. Considering I somewhat ridiculously caught a train just to get eyes on the kit firsthand I wasn’t expecting this to be such an interesting experience. Mark clearly can talk and has a lot to say, but I was astonished by how candid he was.

One thing that was particularly interesting was him talking about looking out for the mental health of young players, which he touched on again when somebody asked a question about bringing back an old hand like Doyle, who might inject a bit of fire and keep the younger lads on the straight and narrow. Mark’s response to that was very thoughtful, and he asked “Do you get the best out of people by shouting and screaming in their face? Well, do you?”. I actually got to talk to him briefly in the break and he had some more to say on this, talking about the role social media has in undermining the confidence of young players in the public eye.

Really fascinating stuff, and I’m so glad I went!

Yeah, lots of love from other fans. Best kit so far etc. Must say I wasn’t sure about away kit at first, but seeing the whole kit it looks much better. Fucking love the home kit.

Yeah, he was extremely candid about the fact that there had been an offer, and that they’re planning for what they’d do if it were to happen.

Did he also say as many as ten players could be going out either on loan or permanently? Hope we do use the loan system to get some younger squad players experience.
