Neither player is owned by either club, so it would just be a coincidence.

If you've been talking to KP all this time then the club obviously never thought King was going to sign anyway.

8 days ago nobody thought he was signing, he hasn't signed.

There should of been nothing on the official website saying that he's agreed a deal, it's fine on Cov MAD, but the official site should only post if or when he signed on the dotted line. That's the only thing that annoys me, I can't really blame King for going to play for Brum.

Brody didn't make the decision to announce it, it was a decision taken by the board because fans asked for more info on the runnings of the club etc.
The only one who should feel bad/in the wrong are King and his advisor.
Brody tries his best to communicate and help fans and most of them just throw it back in his face or patronise him, if I was Mr Brody I would have told some of the fans where to stick it after all the abuse they had given it.
Like he said how many other Directors stay up to 1am communicating with fans
Wether it was right for the club to announce the agreement is another debate all together, fans asked to be kept informed and that's what the club have done

What he is doing though is giving us a first hand look at how things go wrong in football today. If he had not said anything and we were none the wiser then King perhaps would have gone somewhere else anyway. I would prefer to know if somebody said they were going to stay and then decided to leave.

If you read Strachans book then the Jarni deal is explained in there. Real Madrid didnt choose us.

We had Jarni over here and wanted him for us, he agreed terms one day, and was due to have his medical the next day.

That night he was at a friendly and sat with Strachan and Richardson when his wife rang, Strachan says Richardson knew she didnt want to come to England and Real Madrid wanted to sign him, so he sent the money over to Betis and completed the deal without a medical so he was our player, then Real Madrid bought him from us
