That the CET were just stooges for the Council in the whole SISU verses the council battle. I think they just reported it the way it was and they will question the council when it is required

Council deserve all the shit in the world at the moment. Too many hushed trips and decisions made behind closed doors, their elected for a reason. If they have no interest in talking to their electorate then they have no place in local government.
