We appear to be a better team without him.

Perhaps Robins has told him there is no future for him here as a player at the the club, but maybe he would like to help with the coaching.

Kevin Kilbane of 5 years ago = good player (too good for this level).

Kilbane now = too old and slow.

Carsley went back to work under Rioch when Robins came to club a few weeks back.

It was in the papers / Vital Coventry & Cov Mad.

Carsley seems to work with the development squad and also under Rioch.

Best place for him and I mean this in the nicest way.

Ricoh and him have a good partnership and Rioch is a fan of his coaching style...something like that!

As for Kilbane i can't see a problem with this. His professional experience alone gives him a good ground to start coaching and our younger lads can only benefit from his guidence!

To be fair thats probably why he came here!

Get a few last games in before retirement and then get himself a nice coaching job!

Stick him under Rioch with Carsley.

Good combination of experience and footballing knowledge!

It can only bode well for our future talent!

True but i don't think that will be the case!

Robins and Rioch would get shot of him if they thought that and SISU would be glad to get one more person off their books!
