It is fixed...never notice how only about 2 people in the whole of last season who could kick a ball?

A mate of mine was on and I gave him pelters from high up as he missed the £100 but he heard my big gob

I'm still amazed that three seasons in we still see right footers consistently missing to the left. Look at the run up and the body shape, stick some more pace into it and aim outside the right hand post. I've not kicked a ball for ten years and struggle to walk, but I would be massively disappointed if I couldn't score 8 out of 10 from the half way line with no keeper

I always suspected it before a conversation with a programme seller!

Exactly, you can tell when somebody can kick a ball or has played football by their technique. The amount of people who are kicking with a straight kicking leg is shocking!

Easiest way is to clip it.

Pretty sure they pick the numbers from the programmes that have been sold.

I wouldn't say it's fixed, it just reflects how useless the vast majority of people are at football.

I'd be overjoyed to even hit the backboard from half-court, whenever I've played I'm to three-pointers what Jason Lee was to Forest goals.

The same as that rugby fella who won a fair few quid.

How can they tell which have been sold within 30 minutes, they don't scan them out or anything? Especially with the people who sell them at the front of the stands walking round too.

I'm guessing as they're all numbered they're sold in some kind of order so they pick numbers lower than whatever they have left from certain piles.

It's not fixed. The programmes with the numbers on are given to a few of the sellers and are usually the first ones to be sold to ensure they get to someone. If you want to be in with a chance, turn up at around 2 hours before KO to stand a chance

So they know the numbers before they are picked? I heard that some of the sellers know the programmes which will be called out, so what you said makes sense.

The lucky programmes are predetermined but only the powers that be know what boxes or what sellers have them... to avoid their mates getting them. But they will always be among the first sold!!

Are you a seller? I heard from one that they usually know which programmes will be drawn out..

I have been. No one really pays attention to where they go or what the numbers are. Everyone just wants to sell their lot and get into the ground asap after cashing up!!

I'd hate to get a chance because I either wear straight leg jeans or skinny chinos to the games. I can't run or kick a ball in them. Hopefully I'd win it on one of the days I wear shorts.

Well that's what I think. No idea why everyone tries to give it such a big wellie! A lot less accuracy that way.

Side-foot it slightly wide for the natural curl to take it central. The first guy to successfully do it did it exactly like that, you'd hope that anyone taking part who plays any kind of regular football would at least get as far as the £1000 shot.
