Kevin Thornton (born 9 July 1986 in Drogheda, County Louth) is an Irish footballer who is currently without a club after being released by Championship team Coventry City. Kevin has a massive drink problem and no driving license because of this. Kevin is a openly gay Irish man.

I think they mean he didn't actually have a driving license in the first place!

Aaaah the wonders of freely-editable content on the internet lol. But yes he didn't have a license at all, so it wasn't because he was a drunk that he lost it. You can't loose what you don't have! (which is why a weekend that goes past when the City don't play is good because if we don't play, we can't loose!)
