It’s not troubling the people in birth registry too much these days, no. Fulham do have a decent looking Brazilian who goes by the name.

As someone who grew up reading about Pele, Rivelino, Zico, Tostao, Garrincha, Socrates etc, it was a comedown to see Brazilian players in the 2000s called Arthur and Fred.

To be fair, I’ve got nothing against the name Kevin. When I was talking about his name putting pressure on him, I meant his surname. I mean our strikers get pelters as it is. What if you have a lean spell and your name is one letter away from Donkey?

Drinkell...but the worst who ever played for us is probably Kevin Smith. He was no Dean Emerson.

Good to hear. Wasn’t sure everyone saw it like that. Would never disrespect the Kevs after we had Gallacher. Although having Drinkell at the same time was a fair old drop off.
