We play some pretty decent football at times, but it comes from knocking it long, letting the opponent get it down then backing them up and taking it from them in dangerous positions, if the opponent as no intention of playing football (and I can’t blame them the way we play) in their own half, we’re lost and it just becomes hoof tennis.
If we're honest the thing we'd miss most about them is their leadership and what they get out of others. As actual footballers they can be replaced probably quite easily but if we got rid of them it's the leadership we'd need to replace. And that for me is where James falls down. He's a proficient footballer, but he doesn't lead the team. Osti could become that leader in years to come but he's not quite ready yet. But if we had to lose Fadz to bring in Osti I say we should do it.
Osti would be big signing for me and it will take a massive amount of robins charm to get him hear.If not I'm sure that the recruitment department have alternatives lined up,also Drysdale coming back will add to the squad.if James signed another a/m to back up O'Hare and a target man.
