Speaking to someone connected to Chorley FC last night and apparently we are watching this young centre back. Ex Man Utd youngster who was released, aged bout 21 and he's tall and quick. Few others watching, Port Vale included and Bury have already said they want him (the Flitcroft connection may help them). Lad I know says he is a very good prospect, could play championship level in next few years.
In typical CCFC fashion however our scout turned up to watch him for a game when he was suspended!!! Not sure if we've been back or not.
