Paul Appleton is nearly close to thinking about completing the administration process for CCFC to go into administration after finally locating the golden share, which has been bought back by SISU and we still have the debt that has been written off due to liquidation. SISU have taken Higgs and ACL to court, appealed, silenced local reporters and fans, and taken CCC to court. All this time we are 35 miles from home, we are down to 3 sites for a new stadium within walking distance from a state of the art multi purpose arena, with 85 full price season tickets sold and no players wanting to come.
I so hope it all changes in 3 weeks.......

The offer made by kcic to sisu last week paves the way for the Sky Blues to kick off the new season back at the Ricoh, where Coventry City FC belongs. All that is required is for sisu to say ‘yes’.
kcic was delighted by yesterday’s news in the Coventry Telegraph that sisu wish to discuss the offer and informed sisu of dates this week and next when it is available to meet.
There has been far too much muddle and 'spin' in the CCFC saga so given the critical importance of the situation and the need for absolute clarity, kcic asked sisu to kindly reply by email (as was also mentioned in the offer letter).
An email confirming date, venue and time when sisu will meet kcic is awaited.

Mr Labovitch has continued to make clear that he will only make arrangements for sisu's proposed meeting with kcic, by an unrecorded telephone conversation. Given that not an inch of progress has been made since kcic made its offer to sisu over a week ago, Mr Labovitch has been given a specific kcic contact and phone number. ML's call with details of venue, date and time of meeting is eagerly awaited.

Actually, I think it's more like return on a short-term deal with at least some of the rent paid for you. Whilst you're there, negotiate for what you need, or build the new stadium. That's nothing like throwing in the towel, and there's nothing naive about the idea - it would actually make good financial sense for SISU, if it wasn't all about distressing ACL.
Regardless of all of the stuff flying around about getting the two sides talking, something like this deal is exactly what everyone should be pushing to SISU (and ACL) to do.
Which bits of rent are paid though? Can you see it being less than 5k there?
