As per kcic mailout this evening...

For those of us old enough to have been at Sutton in '89 we know FA Cup upsets happen so why not on Friday - a couple of Moussa specials would do very nicely!

Friday is also a great chance to highlight our plight.

The plan is dead simple

- We have, thanks to the incredible efforts of fellow CCFC fans, over 5,000 signs on double sided sheets which on one side say 'WHY? (meaning why has the mess we're in been allowed to happen, and why aren't we playing in Coventry where we belong?) and on the other side 'WHEN?' (meaning when will this madness end and we return to our home?)
- A group of City fans will hand out the signs by the turnstiles going into the Emirates stadium
- When the stadium clock shows 35:00 minutes please hold up the side of the sign that says ‘WHY’ and sing: ‘I wanna go home, I wanna go home, Back to the Ricoh, the Ricoh’s our home’ (the reason for 35:00 minutes is to highlight we’re playing 35 miles from home).
- When the stadium clock shows 61:00 minutes please hold up the side of the sign that says 'WHEN?' and sing the Sky Blue song (the link is Jimmy Hill became manager in 1961 and wrote the Sky Blue song containing the lines 'Let's all sing together' and ‘We’ll fight till the game is won’ which is what fans need do to get us back to Coventry.

BTsport and the media in general are being briefed so they understand and can explain what's going on.

Arsenal fans are being really helpful - have a look athttp://www.onlinearsenal.com/content.php?300-Arsenal-vs-Coventry-More-than-a-game-for-Sky-Blues and http://redaction.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=510&catid=75&Itemid=91

Another idea is for those on twitter is to see if once the game kicks offs we can get #KeepCovInCov trending

So a Cup upset and the chance to tell the world our home is Coventry - let's go for it!

So why aren't the signs being held up in the 35th minute?

don't want to be pedantic but surely it should be 'We' wanna go home, or the Ricoh's 'my' home. Its not exactly written well is it..

‘I wanna go home, I wanna go home, Back to the Ricoh, the Ricoh’s our home’

Because it creates confusion - is it the 35th minute? or is it when the clock says 35?

It has been clarified as when the clock says 35. What is your issue?

Just pointing out on all websites & twitter where this protest has been 'promoted' has stated the 35th minute, when in fact it's the 36th, so is the 61st minute hold up now the 62nd minute?

Well, the Ricoh is not "your" or "my" home it is "our" home. Plural. "I" wanna go home is the original lyric from the song, so if you want to argue that one out with all the fans that sing it be my guest.

What do you find so hard to grasp? It has been clearly stated (HINT - Read the first post) that the signs are to be held when the time is 35:00 and 61:00. Whether you want to give yourself a pat on the back for realising that is actually the 36th and 62nd minute of the game is up to you.

So what's the relevance in 36 & 62?

I get the 35 & 61.

Don't get angry with me babycakes because your 'hold ups' are now in the 36th & 62nd minute as opposed to 35th & 61st as ha been promoted via various media forums.

why cant i get Tom Jones Delilia out of my head!! Why, Why, Why Sepalla!!!!

Top work Michael for sorting this, many things have been discussed but nothing real has hit the table so this is a big deal. Fair play to the gooners in supporting and advertising too.

Because if you say 35th minute, some will hold up at 34 minutes (because it is technically the 35th) and some will hold up at 35:00 mins on the stadium clock.

To save confusion it has been clarified that we are to hold them up when the stadium clock says 35:00. End.

So 36th & 62nd minutes, thanks for clearing that up hopefully you can get word out in time so people don't hold up in the 35th & 61st as advertised.

Top work. I never go on Twitter but have an account, can I do anything in my lazy clicktivism way to get #KCIC trending?

Try and get the picture of the two toilets next to each other in Russia and you've got a great chance.
