Text version of kcic mailout -

It's time to talk! kcic @ Jimmy's Hill, Sunday 8 September

'Acl-FL-Sisu: It's time to talk' will be the kcic message on Jimmy's Hill overlooking the sixfields ground, this Sunday, 8 September. The event is being billed as a picnic to emphasise it is family-friendly and is absolutely NOT about dissuading people from going inside sixfields nor confrontation of any kind. It is just a great opportunity to attract attention to the kcic message - 100% peaceful and making our voice heard in a positive way.

The wonderful City supporting people at coachleasing.com are laying on their double-decker Sky Blue bus for kcic. A few seats are still available. The bus will depart from Coventry at 1pm and the return fare is just £5 and under 16s FREE. To reserve a place email keepcovincov@gmail.com and full details will then be provided.

Anyone travelling independently, kcic will be on the left of Jimmy's Hill (as you face the sixfields ground) by the car park opposite the entrance to the Sixfields Pub.

'Not fit to run our national game'? kcic event @ the Football League, London W1U 8FL Wed 11 September 4-6pm

The Football League's competence is now being questioned in Parliament (click here) and there remain serious questions about the FL's handling of the CCFC situation including whether the FL ignored its own rules in rubber stamping the relocation of the Sky Blues to Northampton.

So kcic will be nagging away at the FL with an event outside the Football League London office W1U 8FL 4-6pm, Wednesday 11 September. For further details email keepcovincov@gmail.com

Kcic Calling for an Independent Inquiry

Kcic is calling for an Independent Inquiry into the causes of the problems facing CCFC and for all the parties and individuals involved to be called to account. A couple of people are kindly exploring the best option for doing this, and for a public launch of the initiative. Details will be published as soon as possible.
