BBC 4 ran a couple of shows on her last night in the build up to her come back gigs. Amazingly talented performer. So gutted to have missed out on seeing her live.

No doubt about it, hardly anyone can perform in their mid 50's like they did when they were 20.

The most bizarre thing about it though is she only has ever toured once in her life - despite being a theatrical performer.

I'm a big fan of hers - I think most of her music is innovative and lyrically on the mark. I really fear for her doing this though.
