Cannot help but think that with SISU's reputation of not spending money it did not say much for the other parties offer for the Club,in fact it makes me wonder whether any of them were genuine in their interest in buying the City.

Regards.

The problem was that SISU had an unfair advantage they put in their bid at the last minute? plus they were the only ones who actually Knew 100% what was in LTD all the others were bidding blind??? So they were taking a risk they were buying nothing.

SISU's bid would have included paying all debts in full (the only bit that was of any interest to an administrator) and most of that debt would have meant paying one of their companies with another, so unfair advantage.

The other offers would have seen higher investment but less to SISU, so as much as Appleton is a SISU rent boy he had no choice.

Yes but did they not already do that when they first took over we will now have another arm of CCFC which they will transfer the debt to so will be no better off

The difference is SISU can just move the debt from one shell to another and increase it slightly to pay off ACL. The others had to come up with hard cash!
