Robins has said countless times that there would be blips along the road this was one of them. Robins has also stated we are nowhere near at full potential and he is working towards that end. Creating a winning, stable team that enjoy playing for Coventry and a team that plays consistently well will take time and effort and the fans will need to play their part and get behind the team and not boo after a bad result. It is clear to see that we are going places under robins, papers have even mentioned us and other teams are taking notice. We will rise again but it will take time. One blip on a long road till the end of the season. We can still get promoted.

PUSB.

Very true. No offence to anyone who believes we did poorly today but I think we had our moments in today's game and we may not have bagged the chances we had but this is just one game, we have many more ahead of us and everyone should stay behind the squad and watch super Robbins do what it takes to learn from our mistakes to improve our home run and bag our promotion. If we don't succeed this season, then next season will easily be ours! PUSB!

Definitely a blip, shame it had to be today. Would have been nice to have had a celebration of how far we have come on front of a home crowd

What UTTER TOSH - Make no bones about it Robins made real poor judgement calls today. How on earth do you not even play someone who just 3 days ago scored a brace! All season he has made some really dodgy calls, and has been bailed out on at least 5 occassions by DM. It is no coincidence that DM has an off game, and the side lose. Indeed all you have to do is look at the results in the league this season, and there are only 2 occassions when cov got points when DM didn't score!

Indeed up until very recently it was DM that was doing ALL the scoring! Now he has waved farewell to the Ricoh as a cov player, and some people are deluding themselves that he wasn't pivotal in cov attaining the league position they are currently in.

For all the shouts of how well Baker is inspirational - It was notable that they won 4-1 when he wasn't captain ! Also Baker has scored 7 league goals, but they were achieved in just 5 games. It's fine winning 5-0, but I'd much prefer winning 1-0 5 times!

And lets not forget all season cov have had lots and lots of chances, but apart from the obvious, have struggled immensely to finish! It's no good having 20 shoits a game yet not finishing.

That was what DM 9/10 brought to the table. How many misses were from inside the box? Freddy Eastwood would play brilliantly for a couple of games, then would become invisible the rest of the season!

Maybe this Leon Clarke can continue Dm's rich vein of form, but He has scored once in the last 6 games. There must have been a reason why Scunthorpe refused to buy him - hopefully he will leave any baggage there and com good for City - as they are going to need it know Cov have lost the top scorer in League 1. Only now can Robins' ability to manage can be truly assessed.

Ohh will you just fuck off. Did you see Elliot at the end of the mk match he could hardly walk. I would have agreed with If we didn't have the best striker in the league. It's also no coincidence that even though we didn't have goldie we won 3-2 against one of the best sides in the league. You are the kind of fan that gets on my tits. Robins has changed the whole mentality of the club and guess what if we didn't have robins do you think we would be here? Do you think that if we had thorn and goldie we would be in 11th 5 points of play offs? Also do you not think that if we didn't have goldie we would have got another striker in as he hates Cody.

Who cares if bakers goals have only came In 5 games? He's not gonna score every game as a RM. the thing is is with Eastwood he scored as many goals as baker in his time here. Baker is a good captain because he is a good role model on and off the pitch and is commented and loves this club.

Hmm, well he must be doing something right to get where we are now and yes, mcgoldrick played a big part in this but it takes a lot more than one player to structure a goal. Example being dons, we scored 3 without him- I agree that yeah, it may be tough without him but if we haven't got the money what can we do?
