I would have thought that SISU would appeal the decision and take the legal process as far as they can. The Judges summation was pretty strong in favour of CCC so that appeal is unlikely to succeed in the end but in the meantime it ties people and funds up in legal red tape. But thats just a best guess
From past events they also seem to leave to the last minute to do this - so expect something to copme out in next couple of days
That section seems to talk about seven days, which would presumably mean today at the latest. Given the fairly clear knockback from the judge, and TF's subsequent lack of crowing or threats, I reckon it's unlikely that SISU will appeal and expose themselves to further costs.
