Anyone used this voucher yet?

How does it work when:

a) there no spare tickets in the family zone
b) in turn, you cant get child tickets on their own

?

You have to move all seats + add the extra one where there is space

I presume that can be done for no extra cost?

Sorry can't help but the original question but do have my otn voucher related rant!

I find it really annoying that the vouchers have to be redeemed in person at the ticket office. Especially when they have a rule about only sorting match day tickets on game day.

Unless you find a sympathetic ticket office person it renders the vouchers pretty much useless to anyone who doesn't live locally. Would it be hard to add an online code to them, surely not in 2025.

I think they've changed the terms this year. Although it says you can use the voucher for a "junior" ticket, they will only let you buy an U14 ticket. I bought an U18 ticket with it last year but maybe I got lucky.

When using kids bring a mate tickets I call up in advance and choose the seats over the phone and pay the fiver over the phone. I only collect the tickets on the gameday. Maybe I've been lucky but I've not had to wait long each time. You just need to remember to bring the coupon as they wont give you the tickets without it.

Good to know, I've not tried to use mine this season.

Last season I was told that I couldn't redeem them on matchday at the office as its policy only to issue tickets for that days match. must have been a jobsworth first attempt as I went in 10 mins later and tried another lady and she was helpful, Good to know phone is an option. still cant see why they cant just link a few codes to the JSB member numbers, could add the ones for shirt printing as well might tempt a few more sales of shirts?
