What Sisu and the council? Don't forget that the Sisu counter claim in the Higgs case was thrown out. Plus as others have said it would be inadmissable in court in this case.

God you are such a liar, the only reason no one believes you is because you consistently claim to be in the know then NEVER produce any information or any of the "facts" you claim to know or how you know them.

Obviously you've never heard of confidentiality? Please believe whatever you want to believe but do not insult me by calling me a liar.

Another reason why I read a lot but prefer not to comment.

I neither know or care if it was legal or not , not long ago the jaguar plant was for sale for a pound , now I could afford the pound ,its the running costs I couldn't afford , bit like sisu and the rent me thinks

Only if they can present new evidence. They can't appeal based on their original argument.

No wonder you think you know something no one else does. You don't understand the process.

You have been listening to Labo and Timothy too much and believing what they say. Open your eyes and have a proper look.

My only prediction is SISU will finally announce that they have bought the land for the new stadium in the week leading up to the JR. last bit of pressure put on CCC , and they can sell the land on, if they get what they are after in the courts

Just my opinion, I know diddly squat about the legal process concerning JR's and all the other legal shite we have been through, but announcing the land in the run up to the JR may be there last throw of the pressure on the council dice

Lets be clear on this. The question is was the funding for the £14m legal? The answer is yes and it will be revealed. Anyone saying otherwise is misguided.

Everything will be audited. And fully legal. Its a council ffs.

Sooner SISU realise the Ricoh is feck all to do with them, they may get the message.

Batter people in court? What a joke.

The point he's making is that there is no need for the expensive JR as they could have just reported it to the European commission for England who are duty bound to investigate.

A complaint has been made to the European commission for Wales about there ownership of their stadium and the European commission are investigating as are the European commission for Spain into several Spanish club's and there grounds.

If you respected confidentiality you wouldn't be bringing it up in the first place.

Now we've established that you don't respect confidentiality you may as well spill the beans.

Why should people have an open mind about hedge funds who have accounts off shore in the Cayman Isles?

Whats open about that? You seem to have issues with the City of Coventry and its elected officals.

You do now I've told you and of course it applies to both sides. The one rule for one and a different rule for someone else doesn't rub in a court of law.

Of course not, of course they might have made some procedural error & have to go through the motions again, I could see that being a possibility.

We will have an even better weekend when SISU lose the JR!
I will piss myself laughing when they lose the JR.
It will be even funnier if they have to pay the costs.

Serves them right for taking a football club away from its City and community.

Karma will be sweet.

Look as I've told you before I really couldn't give a toss who wins the JR it will make no difference on my stance of not attending home games, the only reason for this is they had other choices and for me that makes it plain and simply wrong to take the team away. As far as blame goes in all this I'm sick of all them and I'm sick of all the fans having to talk about is a fucking court case.

As far as your facts and inside information and facts you have not once backed it up or even tried to give an insight based on what you actually know, so therefore it leaves me to believe you are either a WUM, liar or simply just full of shit. Either way your posts and the clubs needs to address certain individuals and then send them on message boards like this to try and influence opinion is tiresome and divisive, if they started to address the fans and listen to them as a group we actually might be able to as you put "move forward"

You still haven't said which two parties were colluding so are we supposed to guess? The parties that it could be are limited so it shouldn't take too long if you're prepared to confirm the two parties when we guess them correctly?

Do you believe the rent strike was fake and agreed by all parties? I remain sceptical of this. The rhetoric between the parties at the time makes it seem plausible but I still think its hard to prove.

Why is Michael Byng hovering? Will he look to purchase? If so are we looking at a new ground on hs2? Go one have a view.

The thing I don't get it, why the rhetoric at all if it was agreed? Like all conspiracy theories it relies on too many people with too little to gain keeping quiet when the rewards for not doing so are high.

Think your second paragraph is very relevant. What's your opinion BTW? Didn't I see you say he was at your meeting with ML?

He was and I saw them together again at a later date. It could be evidence gathering as he seems to have previously say in the directors box and knows a lot of players but would he spend so much time hanging around if there is nothing on offer? Unlikely I think.
