will be the 1st deadline regarding the club in recent years that will actually be met?

at least one bridge is going to be crossed which should be a good thing, unless we run straight into a brick wall the other side.

Thanks for the link Jack.

Both sides are supposed to know the result already, we've been led to believe. It'll be like watching a game on Sky+

The result doesn't matter really because whichever side loses will appeal !
Making this saga go on for many more months if not years.

I could be wrong but i was led to believe that CCC can't appeal as they didn't seek the action in the first place and sisu can only appeal if they can bring fresh evindence to the arguement.

Which I believe they tried to do but it was rejected.

As I understand it as it stands neither side can appeal.

The judgement Monday at 10am will be one of the biggest decisions in the clubs history and future.

It's hard for me I don't want them sisu pricks to win but I want my ccfc back in Cov so I am wanting sisu to win in a way. It's hard. Guess what will be will be.

You're confused. This is a countdown on the JR not the amount of times you've told us you're not going to follow CCFC anymore.

Doesn't look like sisu have won the case. I am 100% certain we would of heard now if that was the case.

Also nothing on the ccfc website. It would of been up there as in the court date result hearing like a flash if sisu had of won.

Maybe I'm reading to much into it but result date goes straight in a council run telegraph but nothing in ccfc website. Hmmmmm

Everyone I've asked and seen comments by seem to believe it's a humiliation for sisu. Bad news for ccfc that's the only problem.

If sisu are to be believed it doesn't make a difference ether way.
I believe it was just another distraction to our plight. Wonder what the next one will be.

I would think that no one is allowed to publish the result before the Judge hands it down...... I suspect it would be contempt of court. Just have to wait till Monday and not read anything in to no one has yet published

I would be surprised if they leaked the result before the judge announces it, so I personally don't read anything into it yet. However may be interesting if the KCIC offer thing moves along over the weekend - that may be more indicative.

Sisu not talking to KCIC about the rent deal seems to point to them having good news from the courts i would of thought. If the parties know already then i bet Sisu are finding it hard not to send ML or TF out to drop a few hints without being in contempt... Whatever the outcome hope that all parties see they all need each other and more than anything the fans need to follow the team at home not 34 miles away... Doubt it but we can all hope as that's what we all want no matter what side you fall on...

So what's your opinion on MO refusing to take a call from ML?

Surely announcements before the judge has revealed the outcome in court would actually be contempt of court?

Yes but tip offs can happen. Also I may be reading too much into it. It's just result date goes straight into telegraph and nothing on ccfc website and we know how both sides are petty so anything to get one up.

Like torch says and I agree either way and whoever wins this case or whatever my/our football club doesn't win.

Perhaps he's inferring some influence...

Imagine if someone who was until recently involved with CCFC happened to be on the Trinity Mirror board....

But it is written and based in Coventry.

FYI - I got the date and time by asking the court. Nobody tipped me off.

I was under the impression that from what I have read on previous posts on SBT, that both parties are prompted by the judge a week prior to the court hand down as to the likely out come of the case.

Just for the record. No one is suggesting anything. We will all wait 10am Monday morning. It will either be a shit or a great start to the week.

I just can't imagine sisu wanting talks with KCIC or anything like this should they win the case. They all must know the result by now.
