Sheff Utd/Notts C
Doncaster

Port Vale please!

Bury would be interesting though...we could stuff them right and proper this time lol

Would also give us a good gauge of how the teams developed since our league game against them!

you crazy fools it has to be Sheff Utd if they get through, and then send a message to every other team: the futures bright!

not sure I like being a northern team though

As apposed to being a sloppy southern team?

While im midlands through and through i'd rather be grouped in with the Northeners lol

They might be grumpy gits but always a laugh (i have a fair amount of Northern friends...always a pleasure to hang out with!)

Saying that i have a fair amount of southerners for friends but that doesn't change anything lol

I've been fairly dismissive of the whole thing but our old mate LBB on the radio had a good point tonight in fairness that a good cup run would generate interest so a home draw against the poorest opposition for me.

I only do away games to the big 4, so home please to anyone

never mind the next round... who do you want in the final at Wembley ??:claping hands:

Southern softies left...Brentford, Oxford, Northampton, Wycombe, Southend, Torquay / Yeovil, L.Orient, Plymouth.
If we go all the way, I hope we get the Green Man pub as our designated drinking hole, its the west side of the stadium, as is Wembley stadium train station, great boozer!

Be good to see Plymouth go all the way, be a decent turn out.
Luton took 40,000 and were refused any more, despite Scunthorpe only having 12,000, health and bloody saftey shite

Still north east and north west sections! Bradford, Doncaster and Notts County/Sheffield united are who we could play!!!! Bradford at home for me!!! This is a great chance for us we should get behind them cuz a day out at wembley could change everything !!!!

Is that right?

Have lived down South, up North, East coast, West coast and I was born and dragged up in the Midlands

The further North you go the friendlier the people get. Grim? I have the Lake District on my doorstep. There will be the occasional place that is grim, but not as many as you think. I suppose there are no grim places in the Midlands Everything perfect where you live? Or do you blame it all on the grim northerners? I would never live down south again. It is full of people that think they are better than they are.

Anyone!
Just enjoying the experience.
My first ever visit to York last night and fair play to the place and there supporters, never been treated with such a good reception, even the Ground staff were a laugh.

You also have liverpool, middlesbrough, manchester, warrington, barnsley, hull and blackburn, some of the most depressing places i have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

Give me devon, cornwall and dorset over those cesspits every day thanks.

I quite like living in the south. Although, technically, I also live in the north.

I stick by what i said. Its all flat caps, warm bitter and mushy peas up your way. Like i said, grim. ;-) Just pointless arguing about it all day as neither will convince the other to change their mind. Just need to agree to disagree.

The next round is a weeknight in December the chance of a southern based supporter seeing an away fixture (with work times dictating departures) up in the grim north; is remote.

Would much preferred the southern half

Home match v Sheffield Utd please.
