Is it correct negotiations had to stop because joy went back to America?

She must have the situation at the top her lust then.

Fans here shitting it thinking we may receive a winding up order.

She knows she is off to the states for Xmas, she also knows that jack shit will happen whilst she us there.

However no statement from her to the fans even to say negotiations have halted for Xmas.

Good to see they have improved on the communication issues from last year.

i don't see any reason her being in another country would stop anything unless they're all getting round a table a the Ricoh everyday which I can't see being how it's done. They do have phones and email in the states so no reason it would make a difference.

We can't get a winding up order until January.

Can't see anything to communicate really.

from what ive heard negotiations have not even really started.

a winding up order takes 6 weeks in administration and two months to get to court before it can be granted:guitar2::guitar2:

Maybe that, really most people were second guessing that, without saying for sure till ACL spoke yesterday.

She knew it all the time and left us dangling.

No consideration at all.

Also it would have prevented the false comments on here that a deal had been agreed.

That's nothing I hear that ACL were conducting human sacrifices all Xmas
