Given today's outcome of the JR, with a robust decision from the judge against the SISU related companies, plus a previous judgement that was less than complimentary of her contribution to evidence, does anyone think that her position within the financial community will be questioned? :thinking about:
Or, as with other past members of the financial fraternity, will it be more likely water off a ducks back and trebles all round?
A speculative person may come to a conclusion that the position she holds in such circles has had some bearing on those people within the FL and the FA in bending the rules in the way they have. On the other hand, this may be a load of pony.
