If you missed it watch the gloves are off how Taylor was speaking to him abs trying to intimidate JC

Just makes you feel more sad for him

Even Taylor admitted he struggled earlier yet all three gave him rounds two and three….dodgy as fuck !

Absolute bullshit.

Trained for that moment his whole life, put in an unbelievable performance, literally one that is life changing, and gets it ripped away from him.

Criminal.

Couldn’t believe what I saw. I’ve seen some dodgy decisions but that takes the biscuit. Taylor won the last 3 rounds at best and even then I would say a draw was most likely.

Will never happen but the board should have 3 judges watch it again and score it & strip award it to JC

Won’t happen though as Top Rank will drag them through the courts

Just watched this. That's farcical. An absolute robbery. Tbh even the judge that gave it to Catterall didn't score it wide enough. Of course Taylor doesn't want a rematch. To go into Glasgow and fight like that only to get robbed is obscene.

I never rewatch fights straight away to reassess my view but replay has just come on and I’m still livid so I thought I’d rewatch and try to score second and third rounds (which all judges gave to Taylor) without sky sound on. Even being sympathetic to taylor and giving him all the 50/50 clean punch decisions, never his rounds. Something v fishy when all judges gave him both

I see Paddy Power are refunding losing bets on Caterall (not Skybet )
What does that tell you, even bookies know it was corrupt as fuck

The judge who gave it him, was Howard Foster, the ref in the Froch Groves fight cc84cov was on about higher up.

For those interested. Compubox always has its knockers but clear total numbers (jabs and power punches)

A dodgy decision from the judges? In boxing?!

Look at round 3 on there and all 3 judges gave it Taylor.

Yeah, that’s what I was saying earlier in the thread Rob, rounds two and three were all scored in favour of Taylor despite everyone else, compubox, analysts and probably even Taylor thinking he’d lost them…or at least one of them. I’m used to dodgy scoring but those rounds really stand out. Fair enough if one or even two judges had seen one of the rounds the other way, but all three giving him both…just unjustifiable

Boxing board of control to investigate the scoring. That probably won't go far.

I’m not a massive boxing fan, but the clear winner was clearly Catterall. He outclassed Taylor in the fight and in the boxing too.

First fight watching Taylor and did not see what the hype was all about.
