Would take him absolutely. Would suggest he could be similar to Akpom in that he's had time away from England to develop his game, come back and have a big year. Good age where we could potentially get a good fee.

Would be a great signing, and a real signal of intent if we did bring him in. Simms and Maja could be a real strong pairing, and with Godden as back up I would be very happy with our forward line. Must temper that with the likelihood that this rumour is likely to be baseless though!

His goalscoring record in the Championship is pretty poor - he seems to be dining off a good spell in Bordeaux and that good old Netflix name recognition, but he’s never been a prolific striker at a decent level.
